Colin Twist
Principal
Colin is a cybersecurity and security risk professional with experience spanning law enforcement, cyber security, and regulated operating environments.
He served with the Australian Federal Police from 2006 to 2021, transitioning into cyber security in 2019, where he worked within the AFP’s cyber security capability.
Following this, Colin held senior security responsibilities within a Defence-related maritime environment, contributing to protective security, governance, and stakeholder engagement across complex operational settings.
His experience includes exposure to government, critical infrastructure, and Defence supply chain environments, with a focus on security risk, governance, and capability uplift.
Colin established South West Cyber to provide advisory-led cybersecurity support grounded in practical experience, structured delivery, and a strong understanding of regulated environments.
His approach focuses on clarity, accountability, and practical security outcomes aligned with organisational risk and operating context.

Jack Lindsay
Jack provides specialist technical capability across cyber simulation, training environments, and secure virtualised infrastructure.
He has experience delivering cyber range environments and simulation-based platforms for Defence, Federal Government, and industry, supporting training, capability development, and operational readiness.
Jack has held senior roles across technology and cyber-focused organisations, contributing to the delivery of complex programs, including those aligned to Defence cyber capability and workforce development.
His experience includes scaling technology organisations, delivering secure platforms, and supporting programs requiring high levels of technical assurance and operational reliability.
